Graci's Valentine's Day Delivery Policy - February 12th-17th Because of the extraordinary volume of deliveries we have for Valentine's Day - and the days leading up to it - there are several things you should be aware of before you place your order:
You cannot specify a delivery time. Deliveries on these days may be at any time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. -- we cannot provide you with an approximate delivery time.
All orders require a complete address & phone number for the recipient, as well as the name & phone number of the sender. Deliveries to a work place may also require a home address & phone number for the recipient as well.
Because of the volume of deliveries on these days, we can only make ONE attempt to deliver per day. If the recipient is not home, or does not answer the door or phone, you have the following options: 1.We can deliver the next day. Please note we are not open on Sunday, so if you select delivery on Saturday, the next delivery day is Monday. 2. We can call the recipient for pick-up 3. We can call you for pick-up
We will only deliver items purchased IN OUR STORE. We cannot be responsible for any items you bring in for delivery, and we will not deliver them; this includes, but is not limited to: Cards, Plush Animals, Wine, Balloons, Jewelry, etc. In the event that your item is lost or damaged we cannot replace it, and we will not be responsible for it.
All deliveries for students at Susquehanna University will be delivered to the mail room. Since the dorms are secured, we require the student's hawk/box number (example: Box S1234) and a phone number where we/the mail room staff can reach them.
We DO NOT deliver to: Liverpool, Mifflinburg, Richfield, Beavertown, Beaver Springs, Penns Creek, Troxelville, McClure, McAllisterville, Danville, Milton, Herndon, or Dornsife. We can, however, send your order to a florist in that area that will deliver the order for you.
All deliveries to a particular area go on the same run. There are no “early” or “late” runs.
If any of these restrictions are a cause of concern, we suggest picking something up & delivering it yourself. After all, would you rather have your sweetheart smile at our driver, or at you?
