About placing an order:
When should I order?
Please order as early as you can. You can order days - or even weeks - ahead of when you'd like to have your order delivered. We recommend that you order at least 24 hours ahead of when you'd like to have your flowers delivered. However, you may order for same day delivery, if you order in the morning. We strongly advise that you order before 11AM EST, as we only deliver to each area/town once a day & all orders that go to that area are delivered on the same delivery run. If you order after 11AM, it may still be possible for your order to be delivered that day - for example, if the driver has not yet gone to that specific area & we have enough time to get your order ready without delaying everyone else's deliveries. That will be determined on a case by case basis and is solely at our discretion. There are some occasions, particularly on holidays, when we are so busy that same delivery may not be available, even if you order before 11AM. Ordering before 11AM is not a guarantee for same day delivery - just your best chance of having it delivered same day.  This is why we urge you to order as early as you can.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Can you send me a bill?
Yes , but ONLY IF you already have an account with us. If you don't have an existing account you can pay with your credit card, or pay by cash or check BEFORE your order is delivered. We are not currently opening any new billing accounts.

I had something specific in mind that I wanted to send, but I don't see it on your website. Can I still order it?
Yes, if the flowers you want are available. Our website is meant to serve as a guide, but it's not a complete catalog of all the arrangements that are available. For example, if you want to order a dozen roses, but you want 6 pink & 6 white instead of red, No problem! Just call & one of our associates will be able to help you.

Do you have a minimum price for delivery?
Yes, your order must be at least $20 to be eligible for delivery. That is for the merchandise total and does not include the delivery fee.

Do you do wedding flowers?
Absolutely. If you would like discuss wedding flowers, get a price quote and/or place an order, consultations are available by appointment only. For more information about our wedding flowers, please visit our wedding section.

Do you deliver those cut fruit bouquets?
No, we do not deliver cut fruit arrangements.  'Edible Arrangements'  is a chain store. But we do make and deliver fruit, gourmet and snack baskets, which can be made to order.

About Online Ordering:
Where do I enter the delivery date I want?

When you are in the shopping cart, there is a box below your total, which is labeled "Special Instructions & Requested Delivery Date for Floral Orders" - that is where you enter your preferred delivery date. Please see the image to the right.

Where do I enter my card message?
In your shopping cart, please first select what type of card you would like from the drop down menu, as shown in the illustration to the right. Then enter your actual card message in the box below the card type. Please be sure to double check your card message for any errors before submitting your order.

Where do I put in who the order goes to?
When you check out, there are two separate sections: The section marked "Billing Address" is for YOUR information: Your name, the address your credit card company has for you, your phone number, email address, etc. If your order is being delivered to someone else, then the section marked "Shipping Address" is for THEIR information: Their name, the address the order is being delivered to, and their phone number. Unless you are sending flowers to yourself, DO NOT put the same information in both sections. Failure to fill out these sections correctly may result in your order being delayed.

About Deliveries:
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there is a delivery charge on all local deliveries. For most locations, delivery is $10.00. The delivery charge for wire orders (orders to be sent to other areas) delivery charges may be more.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
No, you can't. Because of the amount of deliveries we have each day, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. For orders being delivered to someone's work place, we will make every effort to accommodate their work schedule, but it is not always possible.

I have a card/bottle of wine/etc. I'd like you to deliver with my order. That's ok, right?
No, it's not. At this time we will not deliver any item that you did not purchase in our store. In the event it is lost or damaged we cannot replace it and will not be responsible for it.  

Do you deliver to Susquehanna University?
Yes! Since the dormitories are secured, deliveries for students at S.U. will be delivered to the mail room. We require the student's box number (example: Box S1234) and a phone number where we/the mail room staff can reach them.

Do you deliver to ____?
We deliver to Selinsgrove, Salem, Kreamer, Middleburg, Paxtonville, Mount Pleasant Mills, Port Trevorton, Freeburg, Hummels Wharf, Shamokin Dam, Kratzerville, New Berlin (NO RD addresses) Winfield, Lewisburg, Northumberland and Sunbury.
Some of the most commonly asked about locations that we DO NOT deliver to are Liverpool, Mifflinburg, Richfield, Beavertown, Beaver Springs, Penns Creek, Danville, Milton, Herndon, or Dornsife. However we can send your order to a florist in that area that will deliver your order.
