Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Can you send me a bill?
Yes, if you already have an account with us. If you don't have an existing account you can pay with your credit card, or pay by cash or check BEFORE your order is delivered. We are not currently opening any new billing accounts.
I had something specific in mind that I wanted to send, but I don't see it on your website. Can I still order it?
Yes, if the flowers you want are available. Our website is meant to serve as a guide, but it's not a complete catalog of all the arrangements that are available. For example, if you want to order a dozen roses, but you want 6 pink & 6 white instead of red, No problem! Just call & one of our associates will be able to help you.
Do you have a minimum price for delivery?
Yes, your order must be at least $20 to be eligible for delivery. That is for the merchandise total and does not include the delivery charge.
Do you wedding flowers?
Absolutely. If you would like discuss wedding flowers, get a price quote and/or place an order, consultations are available by appointment only. For more information about our wedding flowers, please visit our wedding section.
Do you deliver those cut fruit bouquets?
No, we do not deliver cut fruit arrangements. 'Edible Arrangements' is a chain store. But we do make and deliver fruit, gourmet and snack baskets, which can be made to order.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there is a delivery charge on all local deliveries. For most locations, delivery is $8.00. The delivery charge for wire orders (orders to be sent to other areas) delivery charges may be more.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
No, you can't. Because of the amount of deliveries we have each day, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. For orders being delivered to someone's work place, we will make every effort to accommodate their work schedule, but it is not always possible.
I have a card/bottle of wine/etc. I'd like you to deliver with my order. That's ok, right?
No, it's not. At this time we will not deliver any item that you did not purchase in our store. In the event it is lost or damaged we cannot replace it and will not be responsible for it.
Do you deliver to Susquehanna University?
Yes! Since the dormitories are secured, deliveries for students at S.U. will be delivered to the mail room. We require the student's box number (example: Box S1234) and a phone number where we/the mailroom staff can reach them.
Do you deliver to ____?
We deliver to Selinsgrove, Salem, Middleburg, Paxtonville, Mount Pleasant Mills, Port Trevorton, Freeburg, Hummels Wharf, Shamokin Dam, Kratzerville, New Berlin (NO RD addresses) Winfield, Lewisburg, Northumberland and Sunbury.
Some of the most commonly asked about locations that we DO NOT deliver to are Liverpool, Mifflinburg, Richfield, Beavertown, Beaver Springs, Penns Creek, Danville, Milton, Herndon, or Dornsife. However we can send your order to a florist in that area that will deliver your order.
